We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

You may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and the defect to help us evaluate the issue.

3. Exchange

Products with verified manufacturing defects may be eligible for an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed through the appropriate payment method.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for products that:

  • Have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.

  • Have been damaged due to improper installation, handling, or usage.

  • Are returned after the 7-day return period.

  • Do not have a verified manufacturing defect.
